Online store St.Erme informs you about conditions, terms and points of return of goods in major cities and regions of Russia

Deadline for returning goods

The period for returning goods** of proper quality is 21 days from the date of receipt of the goods*.

Reasons for the return of goods by the Buyer may include the following:

  • Didn't fit the size, style, color, length, etc.

  • The shade of the received goods differs from the model from the photo on the website

Reasons for return by mistake*** IE Shmelkina E., hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”:

  • Incorrect order picking

  • Presence of defect/breakage****

In case of incorrect order completion or defect, the cost of return delivery by Russian Post or courier shall be paid by the Seller. The refund to the Customer is made within 5-7 working days

The goods will be accepted back only in complete set, with all packages and stickers, in unworn/unused condition

Quality goods that are not subject to exchange and return are specified in the List approved by the Russian Government Resolution No. 55 of January 19, 1998.

Warranty period - 30 days

The reason for the return of goods by the Buyer may be a defect

  • If the goods have been used, they are accepted at the time of application for defect authentication. The verification is carried out within 10 calendar days. If the defect is confirmed, the refund to the Buyer shall be made in accordance with the Legislation of the Russian Federation
  • If the authenticity of the defect is not confirmed, no refund will be made to the Buyer

After the warranty period has expired, the product cannot be returned under warranty

There are three ways to return goods

  • Return to St.Erme branded pick-up/return points

  • Calling a St.Erme courier (the service is available to residents of cities where courier delivery is available).

  • Sending by post (Buyer pays for postage himself)

  3. Return by courier
  4. The service is available for residents of large cities that have courier delivery.

    No more than 10 items can be returned by courier per day. There is no limit to the number of items that can be returned at the points of self-return.

    The cost of the courier's departure for the return is 400 rubles.

  5. Return by mail
  6. Residents of Russian regions can return the goods by post. In case of return the Customer pays for return shipping

When sending a parcel at the post office, an inventory of the items to be sent must be compiled. Without an inventory of the order, no complaints about the package will be accepted

Refusal to return your parcels may occur for the following reasons:

Violation of the integrity of the postal packaging (use only original postal packaging, avoid taping (other than postal tape) and other materials)

  1. Goods for prevention and treatment of diseases at home (sanitary and hygiene items made of metal, rubber, textile and other materials, instruments, medical devices and equipment, oral hygiene products, eyeglass lenses, child care items), medicines.

  2. Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, hairpins, hair curlers, wigs, hairpieces and other similar items).

  3. Perfumes and cosmetics.

  4. Textile goods (cotton, linen, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics, goods made of nonwoven fabric type materials - ribbons, braid, lace and others); cable products (wires, cords, cables); construction and finishing materials (linoleum, film, carpeting and others) and other goods dispensed by the meter.

  5. Clothing and knitwear (underwear, hosiery).

  6. Articles and materials in contact with foodstuffs, made of polymeric materials, including for single use (tableware and accessories for table and kitchen, containers and packaging materials for storage and transportation of foodstuffs).

  7. Household chemical products, pesticides and agrochemicals.

  8. Household furniture (furniture sets and sets)

  9. Jewelry and other articles made of precious metals and (or) precious stones, faceted precious stones.

  10. Automobiles and motorized motor vehicles, trailers and numbered units thereto; mobile means of small mechanization of agricultural works; pleasure boats and other watercraft for household purposes.

  11. Technically complex household goods for which warranty periods are established (metal-cutting and woodworking household machine tools; household electrical machines and appliances; household radio-electronic equipment; household computing and multiplying equipment; photo and movie equipment; telephone and facsimile equipment; electric musical instruments; electronic toys, household gas equipment and devices; wrist and pocket watches mechanical, electronic-mechanical and electronic, with two or more functions).

  12. Civilian weapons, main parts of civilian and service firearms, ammunition for them.

  13. Animals and plants.

  14. Non-periodical publications (books, brochures, albums, cartographic and sheet music publications, folio publications, calendars, booklets, publications reproduced on technical media).

*** All claims for errors in the order after payment will not be accepted. Exceptions are orders delivered by Post. In this case you can return the item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

**** If the Customer was given the Goods of improper quality, the Customer is entitled to use the provisions of Article 18 “Consumer's rights in case of defects in the goods” of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
